Product given for repair will be delivered against the receipt only.
Estimated repair charges and delivery date will be communicated by the customer care centre after identification of the repair to be carried out, as well as based
on the availability of the spare parts.
The product should be collected within a maximum period of six months from the date it is ready after repair. The company will not be responsible for its loss
and / or defects thereafter.
Please check and verify that the fault(s) have been rectified to your satisfaction prior to taking delivery. We guarantee the specific repair done for six months
from the date of delivery of the repaired product.
In an eventuality of non-payment of the repair/service charges, the customer authorizes the company to retain the product in its custody at the customers risk and
responsibility. The company will not entertain any claim whatsoever for loss, damage or pilferage arising therefrom.
Though every precaution is taken, the company accepts no responsibility for loss or damages by fire, earthquake or any other cause beyond its control to the customer's
product while it is in the possession of the company.
Due to regional unavailability of some spare parts, repairs can take up to 6 weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience cause.
